Long Radius Elbows
We manufacture Long Radius elbows which are 1.5 times the pipe diameter. Available in degrees up to and including 90° to suit your requirements.(Non-standard dimension available upon request).
All elbows are manufactured in the UK and produced from European sourced raw material.
We offer in accordance with International standards and dimensions.
We produce from stainless steel, super austenitic, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and aluminium. In sizes 6”nb to 40”nb and thicknesses 5mm to 35mm.
All elbows are produced from plate, pressed in two halves with two weld seams. We offer 100% radiography on all welds as standard.
We offer a range of non-destructive tests on-site as well as a variety of additional testing in our UKAS approved on-site independent testing laboratory.
All elbows will be completed with both mill certificate and Valen certificate to be despatched with the goods (also available as an electronic copy).
